We want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept returns on Vintage Clothing ONLY, so long as they are postmarked within 7 days of the day you receive your order. Your credit card will be credited within 7 days of receipt of your return and you will receive an email notifying you that your card has been credited. We are sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable. 

Shipping costs to return the items are at the customer's expense. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available. 


If you are unable to attend a Workshop, you must notify us by email or phone.  PLEASE READ:  Workshops are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for the same dollar amount towards other Workshops ONLY if cancelled with a given 24hr notice. No shows or less than 24hr cancellation notice results in forfeit of ticket price. Tickets ARE transferable. In the event of the shop or teacher canceling the class, tickets are refundable or exchangeable.
